Smashed Avocado and Egg on Toast
Simple is beautiful, much like this excellent toast recipe that only takes a few minutes to make. Prepare your favorite kind of egg. place pitted avocado in a bowl. Add a pinch of sea salt and pepper. Add a pinch of cayenne or dried chilli flakes if you like spice. The seasoning is really what you prefer! blend well and spread on toast. Not only does the avocado taste amazing, but it’s also a fantastic way to add colour to your breakfast.
Pre-Prepared Breakfast Burritos
A burrito is a great breakfast choice.. They can be made at any time, frozen, then simply heated up when you’re hungry. Many add ingredients such as beans, rice and meat, but they can contain just about anything you want. Here is A great healthy breakfast burrito idea. Beat some eggs, chopped onions, bell peppers and reduced fat cheese. Saute the peppers and onion over a medium heat until soft. Add beaten egg and scramble together . Season with salt and pepper. Add a touch of cayenne for a spicy kick. Add scrambled mixture to tortilla, sprinkle cheese, then wrap them with foil. Server immediately with a cup of gourmet coffee. Let cool completely if freezing. Delicious!
