On the top of my list for gifts to get the two little guys this year was the Tag reading system. The oldest started school and is trying to read everything in sight. This gift quickly became a favorite. Before bed he now “reads” me a book and then I read him one.
They love that there are books with their favorites, Lightning McQueen, Woody, Buzz and Chuggington. I love that they have sets of books that teach reading and phonics. I have noticed Chase noticing a lot more sight words since Christmas.
You can purchase your own Tag system directly through the LeapFrog Website or at many other local and online stores. Right now the site has 15% off their books and games so it’s a great time to check them out.
As you know, I love companies that give back and that is what LeapFrog is does. “Since 2009, LeapFrog has donated more than $1.5 million in Tag Reading Systems and books to the classrooms of more than 20,000 students. Now you can help thousands more children nationwide discover the magic of Tag!” (from the Leapfrog website)
LeapFrog has partnered with Donorschoose.org in order to help teachers who want to use the Tag System in their classrooms. They will match every donation dollar for dollar. To help out you can go HERE. Kudos to you LeapFrog !!
All opinions above are my own. I was given nothing by the LeapFrog company to write this post.
